Welcome to the Aboriginal Sport Circle NWT

The Aboriginal Sport Circle of the NWT (ASCNWT) is a non profit organization which aims at promoting and enhancing community wellness through Sport and Recreation. The ASCNWT supports the Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Cultural development of our Aboriginal People through sport and healthy living by providing youth, families, and communities with Leadership and programming.

YK Gymnastics Club offers Arctic Sports

Are you interested in learning about and developing your skills in Arctic Sports? The YK Gymnastics club will be offering an Arctic Sports Class to youth aged 7-14 on Wednesdays. 

 

Where: Yellowknife Gymnastics Club 

 

Time: Wednesdays 7:30PM-8:30PM 

 

Cost: $145.75

 

What to Expect: Tailored to suit the abilities of each athlete. Learning techniques to perfecting your skills for higher kicks and jumps.

2014 Aboriginal Sports Circle Awards Dinner

Do you know someone in your community or the NWT who has been an outstanding leader, role model or volunteer? Then nominate them for one of the 2014 Aboriginal Sport Circle Awards. The ASCNWT Awards dinner is a night dedicated to recognizing the wonderful volunteers in our NWT communities.
